2024 Technical Support Program

Bursa Eskişehir Bilecik Development Agency has initiated the Technical Support Program in order to improve the institutional capacity in areas that are important for regional development.

Determined priorities in the Technical Support Program with a total budget of 4.000.000 TRY, which is opened to provide expert/consultant support for the training and consultancy needs of the institutions/organizations in the region are as follows;

• Innovation and Efficiency
• Development of Entrepreneurship Ecosystem
• Rural Development
• Local Development Opportunities

Technical Support Program

The technical support program will provide 100% support of up to 300,000 TRY per proposal. The applicant will not receive a direct payment, the requested support will be provided by the agency or through the service procurement.

Local governments, public institutions and organizations, professional organizations with public institution status, non-governmental organizations, organized industrial zones, small industrial sites, technology transfer office companies, technology development zones, business development centers, unions, cooperatives, free zone operators, industrial zone management companies and other real and legal entities that are profit oriented with SME status.

Important Dates for Applications

The Technical Support Program will remain open until 31 October 2024, and applications will be evaluated in two-month periods covering March-April, May-June, July-August and September-October, the dates in question are given in the table below. If the budget allocated to the programs is used before the specified periods, it will be announced on the website that the program budget is exhausted and no new application will be accepted.
