The in4startups digital platform, which brings entrepreneurs and investors together, is organising a programme titled ‘How to Become a Startup Investor?’ hosted by Bursa Eskişehir Bilecik Development Agency (BEBKA). The programme will include information presentations on startup investing, case studies of successful startup investment processes and presentations of startups open for investment. The programme will focus on raising new era startup investors by benefiting from the experiences of successful investors.
The programme will provide its participants with comprehensive information on startup investments, as well as detailed coverage of investment processes with real-life examples. This special programme will host many speakers who are experts in their fields. These speakers will share their past successful investments, how they evaluated them, how they arrived at their investment decisions, and how the relationship between the investor and the entrepreneur should be established and maintained. These interactive presentations will provide participants with an in-depth perspective on investing, while at the same time showing how to be prepared for the challenges they may face in the investment process.
The event, which will be held on Wednesday 24 April, aims to strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Bursa and the surrounding provinces and to raise the awareness of individual investors interested in startup investing. The valuable information and experiences offered to the participants will enable potential investors to make more informed decisions when investing. At the same time, it will give startup owners the chance to present their projects to a wide range of investors and receive feedback on these projects. Another important goal of the event is to prepare the ground for the establishment of solid and long-term business relationships between investors and entrepreneurs. In this way, it is aimed to create an ecosystem that will be mutually beneficial for both entrepreneurs and investors.
The programme will start with the opening speech of Sabri Bayram, Acting Secretary General of BEBKA, who will explain BEBKA’s entrepreneurship activities. In the programme, many leading names of the startup investment world such as in4startups co-founder Ahmet Sefa Bir and Asya Ventures Managing Partner Şerafettin Özsoy will take part as panelists.
