Bursa Eskişehir Bilecik Development Agency (BEBKA) has launched the Technical Assistance Program to enhance institutional capacity in areas of strategic importance for regional development.
With a total budget of 5,000,000 TL, the Technical Assistance Program aims to provide expert and consultancy support to meet the training and consultancy needs of institutions and organizations in the region. The program prioritizes the following areas:

Local Development Opportunities
Technical Assistance Program
Within the scope of the Technical Assistance Program, support of up to 300,000 TL per activity, with a 100% grant rate, will be provided. No direct payment will be made to the applicant; the requested support will be provided by the Agency itself or through service procurement.

Industrial zone management companies

Other for-profit legal and natural persons that qualify as SMEs
Important Dates for Applications
The Technical Assistance Program will remain open until 31 December 2025, and applications will be evaluated in two-month periods as shown below. If the allocated budget for the program is fully utilized before these dates, the closure of the program will be announced on the Agency’s website, and no further applications will be accepted.
